When the Judgement is overruled by court?

When a higher court or same court’s larger bench decides a similar topic or question of law premised on different legal principles in a later or separate case, it is said to be overruled.

As a result, the higher court’s ruling must be obeyed, and, the lower court’s earlier decision is no longer binding.
