First:- That you, on or about the 3 may 2020 committed violence and Caused hurt by beating Ramesh S/O Mahesh and thereby committed an offence punishable under section 323 of the Indian Penal Code, and within the cognizance of the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate.
Second:- That you, on or about the 3 may 2020 committed violence and Caused hurt by beating Ramesh S/O Mahesh and thereby committed an offence punishable under section 324 of the Indian Penal Code, and within the cognizance of the Additional Judicial Chief Magistrate.
Third:- That you, on or about the 3 may 2020 committed violence and Caused hurt by beating Ramesh S/O Mahesh and thereby committed an offence punishable under section 325 of the Indian Penal Code, and within the cognizance of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate.
And I hereby direct that you be tried by the said Court on the said charge.
