This video contains terms like – 👉Indian Penal Code 1860 (I.P.C.)- I.P.C describes various offences and with their punishments in the court of law. 👉Witnesses- • Witnesses are of two types, i.e., common and expert. • Doctor can act as both common and expert witness. 👉Perjury- Perjury means willfully giving false evidence under oath. 👉Magistrate inquest- • Magistrate inquest is held under section 176 Cr.P.C. It is done by district or sub divisional magistrate in the following cases: o Death under police firing o Death under prison o Dowry deaths o Exhumation
